This setting can cause a problem in printing headings with figures; if you’ve experienced this issue, check your settings and make sure 96 DPI is selected. DPI = Dots per inch
- Right-click on your desktop, select Properties
- Go to the Settings tab and click on Advanced (shown below)
- Opening on the General tab, check the DPI Setting.
It should read 96 DPI. If not, select 96 DPI from drop-down list. - Click OK to save any changes.
Tip: If after making these changes you are unable to read the screen, try lowering your screen resolution so that the first number is either 1280 or 1024.
NOTE: It may be necessary for the PC to be re-started for the change to take affect.
