An impending Microsoft .NET update will cause your management software to stop functioning.
It is critical that you update your management software BEFORE the Windows update.
To avoid an interruption of service please immediately install version 7.3.10:
For users running version 7.2.x or higher
1. Select Help from Menu bar
2. Check for Updates
3. Follow the onscreen prompts
For 7.1.x and lower versions
Click the link below in attachment(s) to download the latest version on each computer that uses the software. Run this FIRST on the Host/Server machine. Follow the prompts -allow the program to make changes- and install the 7.3.10 version. Once completed on the Host, repeat the process on each workstation.
If you receive the Microsoft update prior to updating your management software, you will receive the following error message when attempting to open the management software: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”:
If your software is already not functioning due to the Microsoft .Net update
Run the update below on the Host computer first. Open the program on the Host to verify the updated version has been installed. Open the program on each workstation thereafter. If a workstation receives the error above or does not automatically begin to install the update, run this update on the workstation:
