NOTE 1: If you’re using a ShopKey product, the database options will differ from those show in this documentation. Substitute ShopKey SW or ShopKey Management for the MMS Series options shown.
NOTE 2: There are no spaces before either the Login name or password fields for accessing your database. These are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.
