ProPack Install Guide

ProPack requires an additional subscription. Contact Sales at 888-724-6742 if you would like to purchase one.

Close Manager SE before installing ProPack.

  1. Download the installer from
  2. Run pro-pack-setup.exe.
  3. Click Yes.
  4. Wait for 30 seconds to a minute for update prompt, then click “Get Update.”
  5. Installer will close/reopen. Wait another 30 seconds, if prompt to update reappears click “Get Update” again.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Select Mitchell/ShopKey TeamWorks SE and click Next.
  8. A small window will popup and freeze for about a minute while it scans the local network. When it finishes, select your host and click Ok.
  9. It will ask you to verify shop info. Fill in Email and Primary Contact and click Next.
  10. It will ask for your product key. If the database has had ProPack before it will fill it in automatically, otherwise fill in the key.
    • If you do not know the key, contact Bolt-On Technologies at (610) 400-1019 to get it. Mitchell 1 does not have product keys.
  11. It will prompt to select software and printers to install. If you’re not sure, leave it at the defaults and click Finish.
  12. The setup will install for a few minutes.
  13. You will get a Crystal Reports error. Click OK, there is no problem. This error happens because Manager SE has already installed a newer version of Crystal Reports.
  14. Installation is now complete, ProPack is ready to use.
