Symptom:
Recommendations on the ‘vehicle’ screen won’t save when adding a ‘note’ that has a space at the beginning of the sentence.
Versions Affected:
Manager/Manager Plus, Shopkey Service Writer/Management (all versions).
Solution:
- Go to Setup > Standard Descriptions > Notes.
- Make sure there is no ‘space’ at the beginning of the note you are having an issue with.
- When verified, go back and try and add the note again.
