Symptom:

• Estimating always calculates hourly rate at $1.00.
• Regardless of any changes made in “quote options”, the labor rate remains unchanged from $1.00.

Versions Affected:
OnDemand 5, Shopkey 5 (all versions).

Solution:

1. Uninstall the OD5/SK5 programs.
2. Delete the OD5.INI or SK5.INI files from the C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINNT directory.
3. Reinstall the OD5/SK5 program.
