Selected Parts and Labor Items Do Not Transfer to Quote

Symptom:
When selecting Parts and Labor items in the Estimating program, parts show correctly in the lower window-pane. When clicking on the “Quote” tab, the selected Parts and Labor items do not transfer over.

Versions Affected:
OnDemand 5, Shopkey 5 (all versions).

Solution:

1. Uninstall the OD5/SK5 programs.
2. Delete the OD5/SK5 directory.
3. Search for and delete the OD5/SK5 “.ini” file.
4. Delete all temp files located in either X:\Windows\temp or X:\Winnt\Temp and X:\Temp.
5. Reboot the computer and reinstall program.
