Finding a customer by first name

Problem:
Customer wants to search Management database by first name.

Versions Affected:
Manager/Manager Plus, Shopkey Service Writer/Management (all versions).

Solution:

The Management program doesn’t have a box for first name, only last name. However there is a workaround.

2. On the name box, type a comma and the first name of the customer you’re looking for, even just the

first letters; no spaces between the comma and the name.
