Launching Manager Causes System Clock to Change

Problem:
All workstations are logged in as administrator but every time you launch the Manager Program, their system clock would roll back to 8 hours behind.
Solution:
The only file element known to have any affect on the system clock is the old legacy file, ‘netsync.pif’. This file is an old legacy file that used to control the synchronization of the system clock for the Manager Host and workstations, but is no longer needed. The file is found within the Manager Program subdirectory. The default path to the file for Manager Plus is C:\Mitchell1\Manager\Series2\program. This file has a unique look and is easily identified as shown below.
Simply delete the file on all machines and the issue should resolve.
