Symptom:
When logging into the website at the username and password screen, you check the box to save the username and password information. However, when you exit the browser and access the website again, it brings you back to the un/pw screen as if the login information was never saved.

Solution:
This occurs in Internet Explorer 8 and higher. Open up Internet Options, and then remove the check from “Delete browsing history on exit” as shown below. This should resolve the issue.
