Symptom: When attempting to print figures it appears fine on the screen; however when printed-out, only a box with an ‘X’ shows on the page.
Solution:
Update: To automatically apply the following fix please run the M1SKConfig Utility from here: https://mitchell1.com/kb/legacy/configuration-agreement/
Select Tools from the top menu bar – select Internet Options, and then select the Security tab. In the Security tab, set trusted sites to default level and add Ondemand5.com/Shopkey5.com to the trusted sites. Click ‘OK’.
Additional note:
If this alone does not work, you may have to go through normal procedure of clearing temp files, and ensuring all other IE settings are correct. Also, keep in mind 3rd party software is always a factor.
