Symptom: The customer receives the following error, “cannot authenticate subscription, check internet setting…”.
Versions Affected: M1/SK/QB Integrator
The common error message when Quickbooks Integrator is trying to authenticate is, “License exceeded”. For the symptom above, “cannot authenticate subscription, check internet settings….”, most of the time would indicate there is an internet access issue. Expiring machines in Webadmin will resolve the issue. There is no need to create a Quickbooks callback.
