Insert a flash drive into the computer.
Open your Management Software. Click (1) “Configurations”, (2) “Special Maintenance”, then (3) “Database Backup and Validation”:
Check the option (4) “At Program Exit”, click (5) “Browse” under “Backup Location” and (6) select your flash drive E: (or the drive letter your computer assigned to the flash drive). Typically flash drives are near the bottom of the list, you may have to scroll down. Click (7) “OK” and (8) “Save” to save these settings.
You system will now automatically prompt you to backup your critical files when the program is exited on the host PC.
