Description
Flips the VIN and License so that VIN does not miss characters, Also ensures that VINs split off and bold the last 8 characters rather than the last 9. Also fixes an issue where parentheses in the Phone numbers would cause phone numbers to not show. Also hides rate by default
Also fixes - Job View Estimate (FL) does not include shop supplies in the parts subtotal for subestimates
