Shop Settings*
I will confirm the major settings in Manager SE by verifying the in settings each setup tab. (Setup – Shop Data / Standard Tables / Standard Descriptions). I understand that Customers and Vehicles will be set to the default Tax and Labor rate settings in Manager SE. Taxable / Not-Taxable statuses or Customer and Vehicle specific Tax or Labor rate settings will need to be enabled for each affected record.
Verify Customer Information*
I will Verify Customer Information by checking several customer records to make certain the customers’ phone numbers appears and are correctly labeled in Manager SE.
Verify Vehicle Information*
I will Verify Vehicle Information when first opening or creating a new order for an imported customer and his/her vehicle. If necessary I will requalify vehicle information (YMM) as needed using the pull down menus within the Manager SE vehicle screen or by decoding the VIN number for the vehicle using the decode function within Manager SE.
Historical Invoices*
I understand Historical Invoices will be imported for reference purposes only. Converted invoices will include information such as parts labor, sublet, shop supplies, hazmat, discounts and payments.
Financial Information*
I understand Financial Information items such as previous payments, credits, account numbers, and check numbers will appear in the converted data. I also understand un-posting a historical invoice may not include shop supplies and hazmat charges or may alter pricing on the record (the posted historical invoice will include the shop supplies and hazmat charges and line items should appear unaltered).
Work in Progress*
I understand Work In Progress items which include open orders, WILL NOT APPEAR in the converted data, and will need to be recreated if necessary in the new Manager SE system. Only Posted and Cashiered records will appear in history.
Cashiered Invoices*
Cashiered Invoices from the AllData system will also be posted to history with the appropriate balance due reflected.
Verify Converted Database*
I will Verify Converted Database, comparing 25 random customers’ information, vehicle information, and history information against my AllData system. I will notify Mitchell1 of any missing data or issues with the converted database within 10 business days of delivery of the converted database.
Fleet Vehicles*
I understand that multiple instances for a vehicle may appear in the converted database. If this poses a significant issue with the integrity of the client's data, then a paid, FULL conversion is available as a recourse.
