When using 1Search in Prodemand using Google Chrome, you may see following text under the SureTrack Results: “An error prevented returning search results.”
This is caused by a setting in Chrome that blocks third-party cookies in the browser. To fix this:
- In Chrome, click on Settings.
- Scroll down and access advanced settings by click on, Advanced.
- Click Content settings under Privacy and security.
- Click Cookies
- Turn off Block third-party cookies.
