Before estimates can be created, it is necessary to customize the settings to match your business. Click on Tools to gain access to Shop Settings – Estimator Options. Here you may define three different Labor Rates with Descriptions, setup Tax Rates, Shop Supplies and Hazardous Materials charges along with their taxable status. Enter your shop’s business address, phone number and website information in the Header portion and some type of message in the Footer. You may alter the size, position and appearance of Header and Footer text with the formatting controls provided.
Disclosure provides space for important customer messages about your estimates. Here you may also control which information displays on the printout. If you do not want part numbers to appear or perhaps less labor detail, uncheck the boxes accordingly. Once you’ve entered all of your shop information, click on Save to close the setup window.
