Manager 5.9 Unable to Open WorldPAC

When your 5.9 shop management program cannot open the WorldPAC parts catalog

You may be informed by on-screen dialog box that your account credentials (username/password) are “bad” or unusable. It may be necessary to check a certain setting and potentially change it. The steps are shown below with examples:

1. Go to C:\speedDIAL. Locate a file named USER.properties.
2. Double-click on that file; when asked what to open with, select Notepad.

3. Browse the file until you find FrameLogon.Port=2010.
4. Change the value from 2010 to 2009. [If already 2009, close, contact support]
5. Save this change to the file, close it.

6. Re-start the 5.9 shop management software, click on the WorldPAC parts catalog button and it should now open.
