Shop Management Email Setup

Question:

How can we email estimates, repair orders, or invoices from the Shop Management software?

Answer:

Install and configure an email client software on your computer with your email account.

We recommend Thunderbird or Microsoft Outlook.

Once installed, you can then configure the software with your @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @msn.com, @hotmail, etc., email account.

After the email client has been set up, clicking the email button in the Shop Management program will compose and attach a PDF of the EST/RO/INV for you to send to your customer.

Mitchell 1 Technical Support can not assist with the install or troubleshooting of email clients such as Thunderbird or Outlook.

Mitchell 1 can just verify if the Shop Management opens the configured email client on your device.
