The permissions needed for version 5.x desktop products on Windows XP

These are the permissions needed for access.

Root Directory (C:\)	Allow : Traverse Folder/Execute File List Folder/ Read Data Create Files/ Write Data
Windows Directory (C:\Windows)	Allow: Traverse Folder/ExecuteFile List Folder/ Read Data
MRIC Directory (C:\Program Files\Common Files\MRIC)	Allow: Full Access
Mitchell1 or Snap-on Directory (C:\Mitchell1; C:\Snap-on)	Allow: Full Access
