You can add a new empty job to the order by pressing New Job at the bottom left of the order screen.

How is the Job Title set?
You can manually set the job title by double clicking on the title or by using the job menu. If you do not manually set the job title it will automatically set the title to the Job description of the first labor item added/moved/edited in the job.

You can paste a copied job by right clicking in the empty space to the right of line items or below all line items and then select paste. You can also use CTRL+V.

Is there a way to print a larger invoice on one page?
Yes, use the scale option in the print preview to turn down the scale until the entire invoice fits on one page. Additionally, we have updated the templates in 9.2 to use less space.

Can you use the older templates with Job View enabled?
Yes, to ease the transition we do set the estimate and invoice templates to Job View templates when you enable Job View but you are able to change the estimate and invoice template. Keep in mind that the older templates will not show the order grouped by jobs.
