Symptom:
User mentions that their WIP (Work In Progress) screen comes up slow on workstations.
Versions Affected:
Manager/Manager Plus, Shopkey Service Writer/Management (all versions).
Solution:
- Look at the bottom of the WIP screen.
- Click on the button marked Display.
- Check to see if Display Phone has been selected.
- If Display Phone has been selected – please unselect that item. The program looks at three tables each time you access the work in progress screen to insure you receive accurate phone information. As a result it slows the processing of information presented on the WIP screen.
