Symptom:
When trying to enter and save ANY information in the Manager program, an error code 5356 indicates being unable to write information to the database. Further troubleshooting indicates there is no 3031 error present, or ‘read-only’ on the database.
Solution:
The customer must be logged in as an Administrator in order for changes to be made to the Manager Program database or else this error can occur. Have the customer log into the Administrator account or user that has administrator rights to resolve.
