Symptom:
Customer gets the error shown below when clicking the Repair/OEM Parts&Labor/TSB buttons within the Management program, while using the Web source.

Solution:
In researching this error, Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 corruption is the cause. Use the Microsoft uninstall tool to uninstall Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.

Next, re-install Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0. You can do this by running your Management Software Update CD or by running “.Net 3.5 installer” below.
Following these steps should resolve the issue.
