Symptom:
When trying to run Database Utility for the Manager program, you receive a “Invalid Database Name” error.
Versions affected:
Manager/Manager Plus, Shopkey Service Writer/Management (all versions)
Solution:
The SMCORE32.MDB/SKCORE32.MDB file is “Hidden”. Right click on the file and go to properties. Uncheck the “Hidden” box and apply. This should enable you to run the Database Utility now.
