Javascript Error In Internet Explorer After Choosing Repair/Estimating
Symptom:
The customer is receiving a Javascript error in Internet Explorer after choosing Repair/Estimating.
Versions Affected:
On Demand 5.0/Shopkey 5 Desktop Timed and Non Timed
Solution:
Click on start and choose settings and control panel. After opening control panel open “Regional Settings”. In the “Regional Settings” screen if the options are set for French/Canadian change it to English/United States. Choose apply and close the system may need to reboot. After you reboot try accessing the OD5 or SK5 program and they should work normally.
