Middle Panes For Both Labor And Parts Will Not Appear

Symptom:
Middle panes that display the Labor component and Parts will not appear. This is mostly seen by Canadian users.

Versions Affected:
OnDemand 5, Shopkey 5 Desktop (all versions).

Solution:

1. Go to Control Panel>Regional and Language Options.
2. Select “English (United States)” as the default Language.
3. Click “OK”.
4. Reboot the Computer.
