Right Side Of Wiring Diagram Not Printing or Incomplete

Symptom:

• When I print a quote the right side is missing and it never prints the price information.
• When I print a wiring diagram it does not print in it’s entirety and is cut off.

Versions Affected:
OnDemand 5, Shopkey 5 (all versions).

Solution:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Choose, File>Page Setup from the toolbar menu.
3. Verify all “Margins” are set for “0.25”.
4. Save the settings, close Internet Explorer.
5. Open OD5/SK5 and print a quote.
